International Memberships
Being part of the leading academic and institutional organisations in the field is not a secondary detail: it is how a customs and tax lawyer stays up to date, connected with peers and aware of regulatory changes affecting clients.
I actively participate in the following reference institutions in the field of customs law and international taxation:
IFA is the world's most prestigious international tax law organisation. Founded in 1938, it brings together more than 15,000 members in over 100 countries: lawyers, accountants, academics and officials from tax authorities around the globe.
Its annual congresses and publications are essential references in international taxation, transfer pricing, double taxation conventions and the taxation of the digital economy.
My participation: Active member of the Argentine branch (IFA Argentina). Membership provides access to the global network of international tax specialists and participation in its congresses and publications.

ALDA is a regional academic institution founded in August 2024, dedicated to the study and development of Customs Law in Latin America. It brings together the region's leading customs specialists with the goal of generating common doctrine, promoting academic exchange and strengthening the training of Latin American customs law professionals.
Its creation responds to the need for a regional space to analyse the specific challenges of Latin American foreign trade: regional integration, regulatory harmonisation, special regimes and trade relations with blocs such as the European Union and Asian markets.
My participation: Member since its founding in August 2024. ALDA is a young institution but with enormous regional projection.
IAEA is the leading academic institution in Argentina dedicated to the study, analysis and dissemination of Customs Law. Founded by jurists and professionals specialised in the field, it brings together the most prominent figures in Argentine customs law.
Its activity includes the publication of specialised doctrine, the organisation of conferences and congresses, and the ongoing analysis of customs regulations and their application by the General Customs Directorate (DGA) and the National Tax Court.
My participation: Active member. I participate in the analysis of rulings, regulatory updates and academic activities of the institution.
AAEF is one of the most important tax law associations in Argentina. It brings together lawyers, accountants and tax law specialists with the goal of promoting rigorous study of the Argentine tax system and its relationship with the international context.
The association organises national and international conferences, publishes reference tax doctrine and creates spaces for exchange among tax law professionals, officials and academics.
My participation: Active member. I participate in conferences and professional development activities in national and international tax law.
Ongoing professional development is not an advantage: it is a professional obligation.
In such a dynamic field as customs and international tax law, belonging to these institutions means being where changes are discussed and anticipated before they reach client files.
